Welcome to Laurel Hill Farm. A working equestrian farm, we know how magical our farm is as a place to hold gatherings, both small and large, formal and informal. Our farm is a special setting that lends itself to a variety of happenings. From our authentic western Saloon and Smokehouse to our heated and air conditioned Grand Ballroom, we can host groups from a handful to over 300 in style. We are fans of our community, and make our special space available to everyone from the greater Crestview and Laurel Hill area, as well as those from out of town looking for a special and authentic equestrian farm experience.

Grand Ballroom
We’ve converted half of our beautiful stables into a world class space for larger events. Cooled and heated, this space is a wonderful spot to host weddings and larger corporate functions. Massive chandeliers light our former stables, and one of the stalls has been converted into a unique bar. This configurable space can be used for dance floor, tables, meeting space or large screen projection, and has hosted gatherings of over 300 people. Soaring ceilings and authentic decor collide to make this the perfect spot for a larger gathering. Access to this space also includes the use of a kitchen area, separate men’s and ladies restrooms and a large upstairs apartment for changing before your event. They don’t call us “Crestucky” for nothing! This is as close to a glamorous Kentucky Equine wedding spot as you will find in Northwest Florida.

The Saloon
Our Saloon is the perfect setting for smaller groups. With a beautiful view of our barn, paddocks and arena, the Saloon offers an authentic rustic feeling. A perfect setting with classic string lights spanning a spectacular outdoor area made for dining under the stars. Inside is a beautifully finished exposed beam and wood walls, with a 45′ long solid granite bar and Western saddles serving as unique bar stools. Comfortable lounge furniture, a perfect covered dance floor with a massive flat screen tv make this a perfect spot. We have hosted everything from an intimate wedding to a party, to a live-streamed Kentucky Derby bash. The space is completed with a new restroom facility that is handicap accessible. This space has been raved about as a spot for weddings, fundraisers, wine tastings, corporate meetings, birthday parties and summer dances.
Farmhouse
A perfectly maintained 4 bedroom 31/2 bath farmhouse at the beautiful equestrian estate of Laurel Hill Farm on rte 85 just one hour North of the beautiful white sand beaches and emerald green waters of Destin, FL. Full master suite with full jacuzzi, large bedrooms with private full baths, a gourmet kitchen with sub-zero refrigerator and chef stove, massive wrap-around deck with outdoor seating and an oh so comfortable living room with fireplace surrounded by comfortable seating and a beautiful dining room. Bridal Suite
Our bridal suite is the perfect place to stay the night before your Grand Ballroom wedding, get dressed with your bridesmaids, share memories with friends and family and there is even a lookout window into the Grand Ballroom. The Bridal Suite features a full kitchen, a comfortable bed, plenty of living room space and seating, a full bathroom, a dining area and a beautiful porch with breathtaking views of the farm. For those of you staying local, this is a favorite spot for a magical wedding night.
The Groom's Room
We’ve converted our authentic tack room into an amazing spot for the Groomsmen to prepare for their Grand Ballroom wedding. Wood panelling, the smell of oiled saddles and boots, overstuffed leather chairs and sofa, a bar and a TV finish of this perfectly appointed spot for the men of the family.
The Kids Corral
Kids need their spot too, and for those having their wedding in the Grand Ballroom we have created a magical spot for them to be creative and entertained while at the farm. Crafts, authentic Western childrens saddles and a TV round out activities for the kids to have their own special space, just like the adults!
