Welcome to Laurel Hill Farm. A working equestrian farm, we know how magical our farm is as a place to hold weddings, gatherings, and large events. Our farm is a special setting that lends itself to a variety of happenings. From our authentic western Saloon and Smokehouse to our heated and air-conditioned Grand Ballroom, we can host groups of all sizes. We are fans of our community, and make our special space available to everyone from the greater Crestview and Laurel Hill area, as well as those from out of town looking for a special and authentic equestrian farm experience. Grand Ballroom
We've transformed half of our stunning stables into a World-Class venue designed for larger events, offering a unique and versatile space perfect for weddings, corporate functions, and more. Fully climate-controlled with both heating and cooling, this venue combines rustic charm with modern luxury. Massive chandeliers illuminate the space, casting a warm glow over the transformed stables, while one of the former horse stalls has been creatively repurposed into a stylish, one-of-a-kind Stall Bar.
This flexible, open-concept space can easily be configured to accommodate a dance floor, elegant dining tables, meeting spaces, or even large-screen projections, making it ideal for a variety of events. The soaring ceilings, romantic draping, authentic equestrian décor, and picturesque setting create a truly unforgettable atmosphere.
In addition, access to this venue includes daytime use of our Bridal Suite and Groom’s Room, providing a seamless experience for you and your wedding party to get ready in comfort and style.
They don’t call us "Crestucky" for nothing—this is as close to a glamorous Kentucky equine wedding experience as you’ll find in Northwest Florida. Whether you're planning a grand celebration or an intimate corporate gathering, this space offers the perfect backdrop for an event to remember.

The Saloon
Our Western-themed Saloon is the perfect spot for your cocktail hour, rehearsal dinner, or private event, offering a charming blend of rustic elegance and warmth. With sweeping views of our barn, paddocks, and arena, this unique venue captures the essence of country elegance.
Inside, the Saloon features exposed wooden beams, classic string lights, rustic wood walls, and a striking 45-foot solid granite bar. For a fun, Western touch, real horse saddles are used as bar stools, adding character and flair to the space. Comfortable lounge furniture, a full bar, and multiple flat-screen TVs ensure that guests can relax and mingle in style.
The Saloon is located just steps from our covered Pavilion. The Pavilion provides an excellent option for a rain-proof ceremony, making it a versatile choice for your celebration. The rental also includes access to the Corral, an inviting outdoor seating area with stylish couches, fire pits, tables, and chairs, perfect for mingling or relaxing. And, of course, the iconic Saloon lighting sets the perfect atmosphere for your special occasion.
Your Saloon rental includes a professional bartender and a fully stocked bar offering beer, wine, high-end liquor, cocktails, mocktails, and frozen drinks. Attached to the Saloon is our commercial kitchen which offers onsite catering for events, guaranteeing the freshest food possible. Our massive Smokehouse where we cook incredible BBQ is located next to the Saloon as well.

Bridal Suite
Our Bridal Suite is the ultimate place to prepare for your wedding, offering a tranquil space to get ready with your bridesmaids and share precious moments with your closest friends and family. The Bridal Suite is built above our stable and even has a unique lookout window into the Ballroom, you can enjoy a sneak peek of the excitement unfolding below. The Bridal Suite has two decks with stunning views of the farm and horses grazing in the distance.
The Bridal Suite is thoughtfully designed with a full kitchen, a cozy bed, spacious living areas, three make-up stations with lighted mirrors, a full bathroom, a dining area, and two pull-out twin sleeper beds for Bridesmaids to spend the night leading up to the wedding.
Daytime access to the Bridal Suite is included with all wedding packages, and it’s also available for a relaxing overnight stay for an additional fee. The Bridal Suite is the perfect place to start your wedding day in comfort and style.
The Groom's Room
We’ve converted our authentic tack room into an amazing spot for the Groomsmen to prepare for their wedding. Located below the Bridal Suite in the Stable, the Groom’s Room is an iconic location for photos and getting ready with your groomsmen. Wood paneling, the smell of oiled saddles and boots, overstuffed leather chairs and sofa, a bar, and a TV finish of this perfectly appointed spot for the men of the family.
The Kid’s Corral
Kids need their spot too, and for those having their wedding in the Ballroom, we have created a magical spot for them to be creative and entertained while at the farm. Crafts, authentic Western children’s saddles, toys, games, and a TV round-out activities for the kids to have their own special space, just like the adults!
Equestrian Estate Farmhouse
Located at Laurel Hill Farm, this beautifully maintained 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath farmhouse is just an hour north of Destin, FL, with its white sand beaches and emerald waters. The home features a luxurious master suite with a jacuzzi, large bedrooms with private baths, and a gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero and chef-grade appliances. A spacious wrap-around deck offers outdoor seating, while the cozy living room with a fireplace and elegant dining room provide inviting spaces to relax.
